We can only deliver cars within Georgia, not to Armenia or Azerbaijan, as the Notarial Power of Attorney for border crossing is non-transferrable.

Attention: Damage to the tires is not insured. Minor damage can be repaired quickly and easily at the nearest street workshop for around EUR 10. For damage that cannot be repaired, such as cracks in the tire, we charge EUR 100.00 for the replacement.
In the event of hail damage or stone chipping on the car windows, you should call us and the traffic police may need to be called to assess the damage in order for the insurance company to pay.

We looked for and booked a rental car for our trip to Georgia through Kaukasus-Reisen. The rental agreement was sent to us in German and English and all formalities were completed from the comfort of our own home, so all we had to do was pick up the car in Tbilisi. The car was even brought directly to the hotel and picked up again at the end.
The communication with Ms. Japaridze from Kaukasus-Reisen was very pleasant and I always received a response very quickly. I had a lot of questions about the insurance conditions etc., even though they are quite simple: fully comprehensive coverage throughout Georgia (really no matter where you go) and €0 deductible.
The vehicle itself was in good condition and appeared safe. We had no problems with it during our trip. Just in case, we had a WhatsApp number where we could get support at any time. A mobile hotspot was also in the vehicle so we had internet everywhere.
All in all, I would book my vehicle for Georgia (and other countries) with Kaukasus Reisen again and again. It was really great!

the car was very good for our needs, Platon was a reliable employee of Sergey, we could call Sergey at any time, he is very competent and was able to help immediately. He probably knows his cars.
Prices had risen sharply, even for not-so-great accommodations. That surprised us. Excellent food as always, the least in Stepandsminda, you could only choose a quarter of the menu, there was nothing else. Many smaller restaurants have probably gone because of Covid.
Armenia is on the agenda for next year.
